“I have sat on both sides of the table” – both raising capital and allocating it. In a donor capacity, I coordinated over 115 grant agreements worth $800,000, represented Ukrainian civil society on internationl platforms, and collaborated with leading organizations: Save the Children UK, USAID, Fondation de France, and others.
As Head of Partnerships at American University Kyiv, Khrystyna built a corporate partnership ecosystem with JP Morgan, Blackstone, and 7-Eleven. She launched the Career Center, which generated over $1.25 million in revenue for the university in 2025.

He is currently developing the investment direction within the IRON defense tech cluster.
At MITS Capital, he coordinated Defense Tech projects, startup financing, and partnerships between private capital and government institutions.
At Chemonics International (USAID UCBI4/OTI), he implemented over ten programs in frontline regions — covering the full lifecycle from design to monitoring and budget management. He has deep expertize in OSINT analytics, market research, and defense procurement.
